What our customers say;

“A big thanks to Sarah, Gemma and John for yesterday’s class with Ireland’s Eye. I was really impressed by the whole set-up. I know you do this all the time, but the approach really worked wonders for us, as we were especially concerned to blend several different ethnic groups together using the cooking experience” Barre Fitzpatrick, Business Coach and MD at Stride.

“We had the most amazing time yesterday.  I can’t thank you all enough for a brilliant brilliant evening. Obviously we felt the food was excellent and the setting, ease, free flowing wine and general relaxed elegance was perfect.  Thank you” Katherine Deas, SwiftComply.

“We had the BEST time at the Irish Dinner Party Class on Thursday. John was just fabulous. Unbeknownst to me, two of the last minute attendees were vegan (oy!)….and John did such great job accommodating them. We learned so much, had fun and the food was yummy. Thank you all again for accommodating us and providing such a terrific experience”  Beth A. Brooks, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
