Moroccan food is all about gentle, warm spices and delicate flavours.  Gone is the chilli heat of Indian and Thai foods.  Morocco is the home of  amazing dried fruits, nuts, incredible vegetables and tagines and the highest quality spices.

This class helps you to explore and learn all about how to use the likes of orange blossom and rose water, pomegranate molasses and argan oil. We will teach you to make a fantastic tagine and an accompanying light and delicious couscous along with some really interesting dips, side dishes and an extra special dessert.

The finale of the evening will be sitting down to a feast with a well deserved glass of wine.
