It’s combination of sour, sweet, salty, bitter and spicy flavours makes Thai food very unique.  Our class aims to bring you a clear understanding of these flavours by incorporating ingredients such as lemongrass, tamarind, lime leaves, galangal, chillies and Nam Pla in the dishes.
