The Paleo Diet is a diet based on the types of food presumed to be eaten by early humans, consisting chiefly of meat, fish, vegetables and fruit. It excludes dairy, cereal products and processed foods.

You will spend the evening with our tutor Gemma Hobson , ‘Cooking The Paleo Way’ giving you inspiration for every day meals and desserts .

Ensuring you have plenty of inspiration to cook ‘The Paleo Way’ at home.

The evening will finish up with dinner and wine.
