Cooking from scratch can be intimidating whether you have never picked up a knife or you are a bit too reliant on ready meals and the supermarket freezer section.

This class will introduce working with spices, rice dishes and simple desserts, identifying, balancing and enjoying spices and how to use and blend spices to create delicious Asian and Middle Eastern inspired food.

Afterwards everyone gathers round our table to enjoy delicious food that they have created with a glass of wine.
