One Week Intensive Cookery Course€450

Ireland’s most uniquely situated cookery school, Howth Castle Cookery School is based in the beautifully restored Georgian kitchens in historic Howth Castle. Situated on the north side of Dublin Bay the castle has been the home of the St Lawrence family since 1177. Howth Castle Cookery School, is set in the original castle kitchen. The castle is still a private family home.

Join us in January 2018 for the first in our new intensive hands on cookery course. This 5 day course from 9am to 5pm daily will take you on a culinary journey. For the beginner or competent cook or someone looking for a week long break, this course covers a range of soups and starters, seasonal hot main dishes, pastries, cakes, desserts, sides and salads.

By the end of the week students will leave with a variety of recipes to use in the family home or for those seeking work as Chalet staff abroad. The morning will start with a demonstration by our expert tutors who will take you through the dishes of the day. After a light lunch students will spend the afternoon re-creating the dishes that were demonstrated before.

At the end of the day students take away all products made.
