It is our great pleasure to host the 2017 Taiwanese Cookery Demonstration at Howth Castle Cookery School.

Taiwan is well known for its diverse local and international cuisines that feature both Asian and indigenous influences, producing a rich fusion of styles and tastes.  Professor Cheng – Chung Chen is an Associate Professor at the National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism, specialising in Chinese cuisine.  He will be ably assisted on the day by Mr.Xander Li, Head Chef at the famous JOHOJiA Restaurant in Tainan City.

The demonstration will last approximately one hour and will be followed by a finger food reception in the Butler’s Room at Howth Castle at 12:30
